At Swastik Books Store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase—whether it’s a printed book delivered to your doorstep or a digital eBook downloaded instantly. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below to understand your rights and obligations.

Returns & Refunds for Printed Books

We accept returns and issue refunds for printed books under the following conditions:

Eligible Return Reasons:

  • The book arrived damaged, defective, or incomplete

  • You received the wrong title or edition

  • The book is missing pages or has printing errors

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, with original packaging, if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required

  • You may be asked to share photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team at contactus@swastikbooks.store with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will verify the issue and provide return instructions.

  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Books returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Books damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged

Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds for Digital products once the download or access link has been provided.

Exceptions:

Refunds for eBooks may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the Digital Products

  • The eBook cannot be accessed or downloaded due to technical issues (after verified troubleshooting)

  • The file is corrupted or incomplete, and a working version cannot be provided

To request a refund for a digital purchase, please contact our support team within 3 days of purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • The issue you’re experiencing

  • Any error messages or screenshots

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5 business days.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.). Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider.
