Glimpses of Classical Indian Philosophy

The present book is designed to offer an introductory analysis of some of the key concepts and debates in classical Indian philosophy. These debates extend over epistemology, metaphysics, ethics, philosophy of language, and philosophy of mind. All the articles in the collection are written to cater to the needs of research students and young scholars who would like to do further research on classical Indian philosophy. *************Nirmalya Narayan Chakraborty is presently Vice-Chancellor of Presidency University Kolkata. His research areas include Philosophy of Language (Classical Indian and Western Analytical), Epistemology, Philosophy of Religion, and Environmental Ethics. He is the Former Member-Secretary of the Indian Council of Philosophical Research, New Delhi.
